This page describes the rules that govern your Challenge Account during its Evaluation Phase(s) — for Standard and Pro Challenges. If you purchased Instant Funded, there is no Evaluation Phase; see our Funded Account Rules page instead. Terms used here have the meaning given in our Terms & Conditions.
The exact rules that apply to your specific Challenge Account are fixed at the moment of your purchase and shown to you at checkout. This page describes our current rules for new purchases; it does not change the rules already locked in for a Challenge Account you purchased earlier.
1. Standard and Pro at a glance
Evaluation phases -- Standard: 2 | Pro: 1 Profit target (per phase) -- Standard: 20% of your starting balance | Pro: 30% of your starting balance Minimum settled Picks (per phase) -- Standard: 25 | Pro: 30 Minimum active days (per phase) -- Standard: 5 | Pro: 5 Static Maximum Drawdown -- Standard: 15% of your starting balance | Pro: 15% of your starting balance Daily Loss limit -- Standard: 10% of your starting balance | Pro: 10% of your starting balance Minimum risk per Pick -- Standard: none | Pro: none Maximum risk per Pick -- Standard: 5% of your starting balance | Pro: 5% of your starting balance Maximum Open Exposure -- Standard: 25% of your starting balance | Pro: 25% of your starting balance Consistency maximum -- Standard: 35% | Pro: 35% Phase expiry -- Standard: 30 days per phase | Pro: 30 days
2. Risk per Pick and Open Exposure
There is no minimum stake for a single Pick. The maximum you may risk on a single Pick is 5% of your Challenge Account's starting balance. Your combined Open Exposure across every currently open Pick cannot exceed 25% of your starting balance. A Pick that would exceed either limit is rejected automatically before it is placed — you will never be able to accidentally exceed these limits.
A multi/parlay Pick (maximum 6 legs, combined decimal odds under 10.00) counts as a single Pick against both limits, using its full combined stake.
3. Daily Loss
During your Evaluation Phase(s), the most you can lose in one account-local day is 10% of your starting balance. This is calculated as your realised losses that day plus the maximum possible loss on any Picks still open from that day. A new Pick that would push this total over the 10% limit is rejected automatically.
Your account-local day resets at midnight in the timezone locked in when your Challenge Account was activated. This timezone cannot be changed afterward.
The Daily Loss limit applies only during Evaluation Phases — it is a separate rule from your maximum risk per Pick and maximum Open Exposure, and does not apply once your account is Funded (see our Funded Account Rules page).
4. Maximum Drawdown (Evaluation)
Your account has a static floor set at 15% below your starting balance. Your account balance must remain above this floor at all times. Unlike the trailing drawdown that applies once your account is Funded, this floor does not rise as you bank profit during Evaluation.
5. Progressing your Challenge
To pass an Evaluation Phase, you must, within 30 days of starting that phase, satisfy all of the following without triggering a Rule Breach:
- reach the phase's profit target; - settle at least the minimum number of Picks for that phase; - be active on at least the minimum number of days for that phase; and - keep your consistency ratio (your largest single settled winning Pick's profit, divided by your total net settled profit) at or below 35%.
If you exceed the 35% consistency maximum, this does not itself fail your account — it blocks progression to the next phase (or to a Funded Account) until further net profit brings your ratio back to 35% or below.
If you don't meet these criteria within the 30-day phase window, your Challenge Account expires — see our Refund Policy and this page's restart information below.
Once your Challenge Account passes every required Evaluation Phase and becomes a Funded Account, you may also become eligible for a refund of your original Challenge fee once you successfully receive your first qualifying Reward — see our Reward Policy and Refund Policy for the full eligibility criteria.
6. Rule Breach
Breaching a hard rule — Daily Loss or Maximum Drawdown — closes your Challenge Account immediately. Your other Challenge Accounts, if any, are not affected. You'll receive an email and an in-app notification confirming the breach and the rule involved, and your full account history remains available in your dashboard.
7. Restarting a failed or expired Challenge
If your Challenge Account fails a Rule Breach or expires, you may be able to purchase a restart at 50% of your original purchase price. There is currently no limit on the number of times you may restart. A restart provisions a brand-new Challenge Account with a fresh evaluation clock — it does not reopen or reset the account that failed or expired. Where the account that failed or expired carried the 100% Reward Split add-on (see our Reward Policy), that entitlement is currently carried forward to the restarted account automatically, at no extra charge — you do not need to repurchase it.
8. Account limits
You may hold up to 5 active Challenge Accounts at a time, combined across every Standard, Pro, and Instant Funded Challenge and Funded Account you hold (not 5 per product). This limit is enforced automatically at the moment of purchase, including restart purchases. If you're already at the limit, a new purchase is declined until an existing Challenge Account closes or a pending purchase completes or is cancelled.
9. Parlays and multi-selection Picks
You may combine up to 6 selections into a single Pick, at combined decimal odds under 10.00. The full stake of a multi/parlay Pick counts toward your Open Exposure and consistency calculations as a single Pick.
10. Sports and markets
The specific sports, leagues, and markets available on the Platform change from time to time and are as displayed within the Platform at any given time — see section 10 of our Terms & Conditions for how the underlying real-world data is sourced and used.
11. Changes to these rules
We may change these Challenge Rules for new purchases at any time. Changes to the rules already governing your Challenge Account are made only in the limited circumstances, and following the process, described in section 9 of our Terms & Conditions.
